Before & Afters #1

Throughout time I make or create various images which sometimes turn out way different than expected, for me also. In this Before & After series you’ll find some of my personal favorites as of late.

Mysterio

Light painting itself is looking amazing, but editing it makes the process even more rewarding. Check out the color palette!

Rotterdam Bridge

Changed bright daylight into a gradient blue-green with the color sliders and calibration.

Flamed Tulips

Tulips can be plain and boring from certain angles. By adjusting the color and lens correction I was able to change it into a fiery sea of flowers.

Empty train

Removed the distracting yellow tone with temperature and recolored it with blue tones. Kept some small orange parts down the bottom to add some detail. Removed some distracting elements too, like the cart number.

Flamed Tulips #2

Tulips can be plain and boring from certain angles. By adjusting the color (by using radial filters) and lens correction I was able to change it into another fiery sea of flowers.

Any questions on how I edit? Be sure to ask!

Cheers, Mike
